The Kansas Troopers Foundation is a 501c(3) organization that has the privilege of assisting in helping our local communities and fellow officers. The Foundation was formed in 2008 in order to help in a variety of ways by giving donations to help kids, injured officers, and families of officers who have been killed in the line of duty. One event, we have been a major sponsor of is the annual C.A.S.T. Catch A Special Thrill for Kids event; a charity that was formed to join volunteers who love to fish with disabled and disadvantaged children for a day of fishing. This organization really does show the good we can do “beyond the highways.”
